Eligibility

Applicants must have at least 25 percent Philippine parentage and be working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in an eligible field.

Selection Process

Applications are reviewed for completeness and graded by weighted criteria. Finalists may be invited for an interview, and committee decisions are final.
